Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

During busy periods (like product launches or holidays), this may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Each order is packed by hand, with plenty of care (and probably a few bits of compost dust).
UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked or Evri depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
At the moment, WildlyChlo ships to the UK only — but we’re hoping to open up international shipping soon (especially for our planners and guides). Stay tuned via email or Instagram for updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.
You’ll see the full cost before confirming your order — no hidden surprises.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you’ve ordered an item on pre-order, your entire order will ship once all items are ready to go.
If you’d prefer in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order leaves WildlyChlo HQ, it’s in the careful hands of the postal service — but if your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK), please get in touch via chloe@wildlychlo.com , and we’ll look into it right away.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — we can’t always amend addresses once an order has been processed. If you notice a mistake, email chloe@wildlychlo.com as soon as possible.

We’re doing our best to keep things planet-friendly. Packaging is recyclable or compostable where possible, and we reuse materials wherever we can — because looking after the earth starts with the small stuff.
